Sweets are the exceptional way to shower your Diwali greeting to your family. Here are some of the Diwali candies recipes:

Almond Seera

This is one of the quality Diwali recipes and this candy is easy to prepare. Following are the elements required for making Almond Seera:

o One cup of coarse wheat flour
o 1-half cup of blanched almonds
o 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
o ¼ teaspoon of overwhelmed saffron strands
o 1 tablespoon of warm milk
o 8-10 blanched almonds finely chopped in to silvers
o 1-1/four cup of ghee
o three cup of water
o 1 cup of sugar

How to prepare Almond Seera

Firstly the crushed saffron and dissolved within the heat milk. Keep this saffron milk aside. Dry and powder the blanched almonds. Keep apart 10 almonds for garnishing. Melt ghee in a large and heavy pan and upload a few flour to it. Stir and fry this mixture for approximately 2-3 mins. Then upload a few almond powder to the mixture and again stir and fry the combination until it turns into golden and give a nice aroma. The aggregate has to be continuously stirred. Add some water and once more stir and cook it. Add some sugar to it. When the ghee exudes, upload cardamom and saffron to the aggregate. Then stir and place the dish organized in to a serving dish and garnish with the chopped almonds.

Kheer

Kheer is the commonplace dessert among Indians and is prepare at the time all fairs and celebrations. Kheer can be fabricated from vermicelli or rice and the essential elements are milk and sugar.

Ingredients for Kheer:
o Milk – 1 liter
o 200 grams of rice ( soak the rice 1/2 an hour earlier than cooking)
o Sugar
o Finely chopped cashew nuts
o 4-five portions of cardamom
o Few raisins

Preparation of Kheer

Pour milk in a pan and boil it for a few minute. Keep the flame low. Stir the milk constantly to emerge as little thick. Put some sugar in the milk and constantly stir it until the sugar melts Kesar  in the milk. When the milk is ready, placed the rice in to the milk and boil it for once in a while even as stirring is at periods. When the rice is cooked, garnish it with chopped cashew nuts, cardamoms and raisins.

Khoya Laddu

Khoya Laddu is most well-known of all khoya chocolates and the most appetizing dish organized for the duration of Diwali.

Ingredients for Khoya Laddu
o 2 cups of Khoya
o Powdered sugar
o 1-1/2 cups of powdered and roasted sesame seeds or til
o Kesar
o Chopped pistas and almonds

Preparation of Khoya Laddu

Roast the khoya in a low flame till it will become golden yellow colour. Let it cool for a while and after cooling add a few coarsely powdered sesame seeds to the khoya and mix it nicely. Add the sugar while the above aggregate turns into Lukewarm. Mix it well and make in to the form of small balls. Ensure that the mixture should not be too hot in any other case the sugar will melt and perfect balls would not be made. Finally beautify with kesar, almonds and pistas.
